HighByte System Engineer

A HighByte System Support Engineer is responsible for configuring HighByte for multiple sites, supporting server ordering and account requests, creating necessary documents and SOPs, deploying the HighByte application, configuring connections with various systems, performing IQ testing, and providing PQ test support as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure & Maintain: Build and maintain applications using the HighByte platform.
• Enhancements & Customization: Work on site-specific customizations and tag mappings.
• Documentation: Create PreReq documents detailing IT requirements (eg, ports, SSL certificates).
• Validation: Develop validation plans and reports.
• Deployment: Deploy the HighByte application and manage deployments across Dev, Test, and Prod environments.
• Testing: Create and execute installation IQ/OQ documents, prepare and execute IQ tests, and support PQ test execution.
• Connections: Configure required connections to source systems and document them.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data engineering, HighByte Intelligence Hub, and UNS concepts.
• Experience: Background in industrial automation, data management, and batch tracking solutions.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Life Sciences domain and knowledge in batch tracking solutions preferable.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
