This award-winning business is looking for a Senior Payroll team leader / Payroll Manager to join their growing organisation. Your new role

Aside from the day-to-day organisation of payroll duties, you will be a hands-on and approachable manager with the ability to analyse and communicate well with internal and external contacts/colleagues. You will support your team through positive coaching and offer assistance to the team and wider business when needed.

What you'll need to succeed

You will come from a high volume end-to-end payroll processing background of circa 8,000 upwards, have managed a high-performing team, and possess a strong technical payroll background with a CIPP/CIPD qualification to support.
