Job summary

Urban Playground - Up No2 Ltd is seeking a Line Chef to join the Kitchen team at THE CUBE, Canary Wharf. You will help deliver high-class food service as part of our double kitchen supporting THE BUTCHER and TONI LOCO throughout the CUBE journey.

The role focuses on fast, efficient cooking, stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness, with duties spanning from food preparation to closing procedures. English fluency is essential for daily communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Kitchen / Cooking experience.
• High volume kitchen operation experience.
• Experience working in large teams as well as independently.
• Excellent verbal and written English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality food service to complement the customer experience.
• Prepare and cook dishes, from main courses to sliders and sharing platters.
• Ensure food is always delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Monitor and rotate stock to reduce wastage.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service area at all times.
• Assist in setting up; stocking sauces and prepping ingredients.
• Help close the kitchen, deep cleaning the area and putting away all tools.
• Assist in onboarding of new team members and training.
