What you'll be doing:

• Designing and delivering high-quality HV training programmes (SAP, AP, Electrical Awareness)
• Facilitating training sessions at Rosa's workshop and client sites across the UK
• Ensuring all training materials meet industry regulations and safety standards
• Maintaining and improving training tools, including simulators and assessment resources
• Collaborating with teams to develop tailored training proposals

What we want from you:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Qualified as a Senior Authorised Person (SAP)
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational environment within the power sector
• Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and theory
