High Voltage Electrical Engineer

Salary: 45,000 + Van + Bonus + OT

Location: Redditch

Are you an Electrical Engineer looking to join an established, privately owned company that works on various commercial projects?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team specializing in the installation of HV electrical services across different industries.

With over 20 years of experience, the company continues to grow by providing prompt, reliable, and professional services.

In this hands-on role, you will be assessing sites, completing RA & MS and task briefs, and assisting with commissioning. The role involves pre-start site surveys and asset inspections to support tendering. It is likely to be a 50/50 split between site work and office duties.

The Role

• Travel to project sites and assist with tendering and project delivery
• Work on large HV commercial projects
• Serve as a vital link between installation teams, commissioning, and compliance with NER rules

The Person

• Experience as a Works Supervisor, in commissioning, or assessing NERs
• HV electrical experience
• Electrically trained engineer living within 25 miles of Redditch
