You'll work closely with individuals who may be overcoming homelessness, addiction, or mental health challenges, guiding them through their journey toward independence.
You'll be a compassionate and proactive individual with experience in housing, social care, or support work. You'll have excellent communication skills, a non-judgemental approach, and the ability to build trusting relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
