Job summary

Pinson TM Limited in Worcester, England is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join a High Speed Crew. The roles involve setting up, operating and removing traffic management sites in NHSS compliance and working within a crew to meet deadlines.

The position requires Lantra approved TM qualifications, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to pass Drugs and Alcohol checks. Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management qualifications required.
• Able to pass Drugs & Alcohol check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and remove Traffic Management sites in NHSS compliance.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Understand and implement the "Raising The Bar" document.
• Report near misses and issues to site or Operations Managers.
• Work with your crew to meet high quality work plans.
• Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings.
• Ensure Traffic Management complies with Chapter 8.
• Maintain safe and effective operations to required quality.
• Follow Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware of RAMS.
• Safely unload/load vehicles with Traffic Management equipment.
• Follow Method Statements.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
