Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for experienced Traffic Management Operatives to join a full high speed crew. Roles involve setting up and maintaining TM sites, delivering briefings, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met on each site.

Applicants should hold Lantra approved TM qualifications, be able to pass Drugs & Alcohol checks, have the right to work in the UK, and hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Qualifications

• Lantra TM qualifications are required.
• Candidates must be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol check.
• Right to Work in the UK is mandatory.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and remove Traffic Management sites per NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings to crew.
• Understand and implement the RAMS and the Raising The Bar document.
• Read CAD Traffic Management drawings and interpret them for site use.
• Ensure compliance with Chapter 8 and Health & Safety at Work Act.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any plant or vehicle defects.
