What is the role?

We are looking for a team of High Ropes & Climbing Supervisors to provide support and assistance to all visitors taking part in activities at our new 7-day indoor leisure entertainment venue!

What will you be doing?

You will be supervising and assisting those using the High Ropes and Climbing activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Duties will include:

  • Delivering engaging and informative safety briefings and activity sessions.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Supervising daily climbing wall and high ropes activities, ensuring safety, quality and participant engagement.
  • Conducting daily safety checks of all equipment and course elements, logging inspections and maintenance needs.
  • Attending compulsory instructor training and competency assessments

You are upbeat and enthusiastic with a friendly but professional manner. You have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of demographics and are happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks.

Due to the nature of the operations, your working hours will include evenings, match days and weekends
