Qualifikationen

• Leadership in Production/Operations within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of high-risk food production environments and food safety requirements.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Data-driven with ability to analyse trends and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication across multiple departments.

Aufgaben

• Lead production, quality, safety and service objectives for High Risk Service and Further Processing.
• Ensure full product traceability and stock rotation across production areas.
• Develop teams to meet targets with high engagement and accountability.
• Plan strategies to maximise efficiency while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Maximise equipment utilisation and manage resources to minimise downtime.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
• Handle employee performance, attendance and disciplinary matters per policy.
• Support site-wide improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives.
