Job description

Mediplacements is currently seeking a Band 6 Podiatrist for a High Risk / Wound care Permanent role in London.

The pay for this position is £20-£24, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Podiatric clinical interventions for a busy, diverse mostly high-risk caseload, primarily diabetic patients with a range of complications and co-morbidities.
  2. Arranging follow-up reviews.
  3. Coordinating care with GP and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

  1. Sound post-graduate Podiatry knowledge and clinical skills.
  2. Good team working and communication skills.
  3. Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  4. Car driver preferable to manage support for domiciliary case load.

Working hours are 0300-1630 Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be HCPC registered and have experience in providing general routine care.
