What will you be doing?

In this role, no two days are the same. As a High-Net-Worth Underwriter, you will utilize your technical knowledge and analytical skills to support improvements to Zurich Private Clients Portfolio. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work with local underwriting and sales functions to meet strategic objectives and serve our brokers and internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for providing a standout service experience for our customers and stakeholders, delivering quality and timely solutions. This includes taking ownership of your workload, supporting colleagues, and driving strong underwriting results across our portfolio, including key broker relationships.

What are we looking for?

• Established, strong high-net-worth property and/or motor underwriting experience with a proven track record of delivering for high-net-worth customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to enhance relationships with brokers.
• Proven ability to secure and retain business, with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail to challenge processes and decisions effectively.
• Adaptability to different workloads and pressures, with good organizational and prioritization skills.
