What will you be doing?

In the role of High-Net-Worth Underwriter, you will utilize your technical knowledge and analytical skills to support improvements to Zurich Private Clients Portfolio. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work with local underwriting and sales functions to deliver strategic objectives and serve our brokers and internal stakeholders.

You will provide a standout service experience for our customers and stakeholders, responsible for delivering quality and timely solutions. This includes taking ownership of your workload, supporting colleagues, and driving a strong underwriting result across our portfolio, including key broker contacts.

What are we looking for?

• Established, strong high-net-worth property and/or motor underwriting experience with a track record of delivering for high-net-worth customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to strengthen broker relationships.
• Proven ability to secure and retain business, with strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Attention to detail to challenge processes and decisions.
• Ability to adapt to different workloads and pressures, with good organization and prioritization skills.
