What will you be doing?

You can expect no two days to be the same. As a High-Net-Worth Underwriter, you will utilize your technical knowledge and analytical skills to support improvements to Zurich Private Clients Portfolio. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work with the local underwriting & sales teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliver for our brokers and internal stakeholders.

You will provide a standout service experience for our customers and stakeholders, responsible for delivering quality and timely solutions. This includes taking ownership of your workload, supporting colleagues, and driving strong underwriting results across our portfolio, including key broker contacts.

What are we looking for?

• Established, strong high net worth property and/or motor underwriting experience with a track record of delivering for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to strengthen relationships with brokers.
• A proven track record of securing and retaining business, with strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to challenge processes and decisions.
• Adaptability to different workloads and pressures, with good organizational and prioritization skills.
