The High Net Worth (HNW) Relationship Manager role focuses on clients with Total Relationship Balances between £1.5m and £4m. The role involves growing knowledge of the wider Private Banking business to manage portfolios with higher value and potentially more complex clients in the future.

In this role you will:
  • Manage client relationships with complex banking, lending, and investment needs with HSBC.
  • Provide an outstanding client experience aligned with the expectations of the HNW target segment.
  • Maintain and grow profitable long-term relationships with existing clients while sourcing and onboarding new clients through referral channels.
  • Support your HNW Wealth Manager in achieving common financial objectives.
  • Deepen client relationships and improve portfolio income generation.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • CISI Level 4 or equivalent regulated qualification - essential
  • Experience managing client relationships within the HNW segment in Private Banking or Wealth Management - essential
  • Excellent knowledge of KYC & CDD requirements - essential
  • Solid understanding of banking, lending, and wealth solutions for this segment - essential
  • Highly effective communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders

This role is based in London.
