Are you a driven, relationship-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service to High Net Worth (HNW) clients? Due to expansion the Haywards Heath Agency is seeking a proactive HNW Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a trusted and reputable brand, offering tailored insurance and risk management solutions to a valued client base.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive profitable growth through the delivery of personal sales targets focusing on expanding our HNW client base.
• Plan and prospect high-value clients through effective marketing initiatives to deliver compliant sales that meet long-term customer needs.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships, ensuring high retention rates and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Generate leads for Financial Services from both new and existing customers.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to enhance client experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and NFU Mutual standards, maintaining a high level of professional knowledge and conduct.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a client-facing sales or account management role, with a track record of achieving targets, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a regulated environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of HNW clients with professionalism and discretion.
• Knowledge of insurance or risk management is advantageous, but not essential if you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to building long-term client relationships.
