Job Description:

All Saints Church School, a 7-class primary school located three miles west of Yeovil, is seeking to recruit a High Level Teaching Assistant. Experience in leading PE is desirable.

Details:

• Permanent position
• 30 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
• Term time only (8.45am – 12.00pm & 12.30pm – 3.15pm)
• Salary Grade 12-19, £27,711 - £31,067 pro-rata (£14.36 - £16.10/hour)

Responsibilities:

• Support a pupil on a 1:1 basis to access the curriculum
• Support and direct literacy and numeracy tasks, clarify instructions, and modify/differentiate materials
• Be flexible and adaptable to classroom challenges
• Contribute to monitoring and recording pupil progress
• Manage time effectively
• Perform other duties as required by the school
