Job summary

Kenect Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of its Rugby client for an experienced High-Level Order Picker to join a busy warehouse team.

In this role you will operate a High-Level Order Picker safely, pick from high-level racking, use a scanner to locate products and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Training paid at £12.71 per hour for the first two weeks, then £13.71 per hour, with a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Qualifications

• Valid High-Level Order Picker/MHE licence is essential.
• Previous experience operating a High-Level Order Picker.
• Reliable and punctual attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate a High-Level Order Picker safely and efficiently.
• Pick stock from high-level racking.
• Use a scanner to accurately pick and locate products.
• Ensure orders are picked correctly and on time.
• Work safely at height and follow warehouse procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Keep workspace clean and organised.
• Report stock or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Support the wider warehouse team when required.
