A healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a part-time High Intensity CBT Therapist to provide therapy primarily via video and telephone. BAND 7 - IAPT High Intensity CBT Therapist - Permanent role
Newham Talking Therapies (NTT) is a large, dynamic primary care (IAPT) talking therapies service with a history of innovating best practice. Newham is a diverse borough offering opportunities to widen therapy experience, gain expertise and progress clinically or within management areas.
We are aiming to recruit a part-time High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our creative, high-performing team. You will work alongside professionals from various clinical approaches trained in modalities such as guided self-help, EMDR, IPT, DIT, CfD, BCT and more. We also have a dedicated team working with physical health-related problems and long-term conditions, offering opportunities to work within other internal teams.
You will hold a small caseload of face-to-face clients and deliver the majority of clinical work via video and telephone. Staff currently attend clinical buildings one day a week and work the rest from home; this arrangement will be reviewed in line with clinical demand.
Service runs Monday to Friday (8am–8pm). You will be required to work 12pm–8pm on one day per week. This post is offered as Band 7 full time or part time (minimum 3 days with 1 evening a week 12pm–8pm). We currently offer blended working (home and office) and this is subject to change in line with service needs.
