Job description

This Investment Management Firm is seeking to hire a proactive individual with a passion for developing a career in Office Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, including healthy and organic food/beverages
  • Organize office lunch deliveries
  • Coordinate IT and telecoms with team members
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for property maintenance
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support Directors and colleagues
  • Provide holiday cover for the executive assistant
  • Plan and coordinate team events
  • Handle invoicing

Work schedule: 5 days a week, entire August working from home, hours 8AM - 6PM, with free lunches.
