Representing Skoda, you will guide customers along the buying journey, matching vehicles and optional products to their needs while building long-term relationships and repeat business.

The role offers £27,000 basic salary, £45,000 OTE with uncapped commission; top earners exceed £60,000.

Qualifikationen

• 12 months' experience as a Sales Executive in automotive retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicle solutions.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Present finance and products clearly and compliantly.
