Harlington Upper School in Bedfordshire is recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the Learning Support Team. The successful candidate will support teachers to raise student achievement and assist SENDCO and Inclusion Manager in planning targeted provision for a range of students.

The role is 37 hours per week, term time only plus five training days, with a friendly rural setting and excellent transport links. A 1pm Friday finish is implemented to support wellbeing.

We are recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our school, in Harlington, Bedfordshire.

The successful applicant will work as part of the Learning Support Team to support the work of teachers in raising the standards of student achievement, and work alongside the SENDCO and Inclusion Manager to plan, co-ordinate and monitor targeted additional provision for a range of students and support with leading the department.

Benefits include school holidays, Local Government Pension Scheme and working in our excellent rural location. The hours are 37 per week, term time only plus five training days:

Monday - Thursday: 6.45am - 3.25pm

Friday: 6.50am - 1.30pm.

Alternatively, a reduction in hours may be considered for the right candidate to start at 7.30am daily.
