Travis Perkins in Tonbridge is seeking an experienced HIAB HGV Driver (Class 2) for full-time, permanent work.

Deliver building materials from the branch to customers, load with HIAB, ensure loads are packed and compliant, and complete around 14 drops daily before returning to the branch.

You must hold a Class 2 license (Category C), CPC records, and a Category B license held for 12+ months; HIAB experience is required. We offer training, pension, and staff benefits.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be delivering building materials from our branch to local customers, making sure everything’s safe and sound. You’ll load up your vehicle with the HIAB, double-check it’s all properly packed and legal, and then hit the road. As our face on the road, you’ll keep it professional while making around 14 drops a day, then head back to the branch to reload when needed.

Who you are

• Requirements: You’ll need a Class 2 driving license (Category C), up-to-date CPC records, and have held a Category B license for 12+ months.
• HIAB experience: HIAB driver experience is required!
• Customer-focused: You’ll be confident building and developing relationships with customers.
• Safety-focused: You’ll prioritize safety in every aspect of your work, completing tasks in a professional manner.
