Job summary

Travis Perkins in London (Vauxhall) is seeking a Class 2 HGV Driver to deliver building materials to local customers. You will load with the HIAB, ensure loads are secure and compliant, and complete around 14 drops per day before reloading at the branch.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials from the branch to local customers, ensuring loads are safe and properly packed.
• Operate the HIAB, loading and securing loads to be compliant and safe for transport.
• Make around 14 drops per day and return to the branch to reload as needed.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence while on the road.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be delivering building materials from our branch to local customers, making sure everything’s safe and sound. You’ll load up your vehicle with the HIAB, double-check it’s all properly packed and legal, and then hit the road. As our face on the road, you’ll keep it professional while making around 14 drops a day, then head back to the branch to reload when needed.
