Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting for an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver on a temporary basis in Sutton & New Malden. You will deliver timber and building materials to sites, operate HIAB safely, and maintain timely deliveries.

We seek experienced drivers with HIAB and HGV 2 licences, CPC and tachograph card, and strong customer-facing skills. Weekly pay and flexible temporary work are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid HIAB licence (brick grab or hook).
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Previous experience in a builders' merchant or similar environment preferred.
• Good geographical knowledge of the local area and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timber and building materials to commercial and residential sites.
• Safe operation of HIAB (brick grab essential).
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining compliance with road safety regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service on site.
