We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Home Improvement Agency Technical Officer to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve assessing home environments, drawing up plans for adaptations and improvements, and ensuring all projects comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed reports for home adaptations and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Home Improvement Agency Manager and other team members to develop and implement project plans.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety laws, and quality guidelines.
  • Provide technical support and advice to staff and clients.
  • Keep accurate records and prepare reports for internal use and compliance purposes.
  • Assist with budget planning and cost estimations for projects.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CAD, project management tools).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
