Job description

Driver Hire Milton Keynes & Buckingham are currently looking to recruit an experienced HGV2 (Category C) Driver to work Nights for one of our prestigious clients based near Buckingham.

You will be in charge of completing store deliveries outside of operational hours for our client who are one of the leading electrical product suppliers within the United Kingdom, with hundreds of stores thriving.

Start times will vary anytime from 19:00pm until 00:00am depending on your route. Suitable applicantsMUSTbe comfortable with working nights.

Salary varies from £19.00 (PAYE) to £23.00 (Advanced) per hour and there is a minimum pay of 8 hours each day (40 hours over the working week).

Suitable candidates will have the following:

• A full and valid UK driving licence, with CAT C entitlement.


• No more than 6 points (minor offences only).


• Current and valid CPC and Digi-Tacho cards.


• Previous HGV driving experience (Minimum 6 months)


• Must be Physically fit (Heavy lifting and use of pallet truck can be involved)
