Job summary

Top Gear Recruitment Solutions is seeking an HGV2/LGV2/Class2 driver for ongoing work in the Aldridge area. The role involves delivering tubes and bars on a flatbed, starting around 08:00 each day, with required use of ratchet straps and tarpaulins.

Applicants should hold a Class 2 licence for at least 12 months with 6 months within that period, have CPC and tachograph card, and be prepared for nights out. PAYE pay is £16.81 per hour including holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Hold HGV2/LGV2/Class2 licence for at least 12 months and have a minimum 6 months experience within this period.
• Hold no major driving convictions on your licence.
• Must have valid CPC and digital tachograph card.

Responsibilities

• Drive a flatbed HGV 2 vehicle.
• Start time around 08:00.
• Deliver tubes/bars and other shapes.
• Use of ratchet straps and sheets essential.
• Nights out may be required.

Our long standing client based in Aldridge are urgently seeking a HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Drivers

As a HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Drivers, your duties will include:

• Driving a flatbed HGV 2 Vehicle
• Start time between 08:00
• Delivering various shaped/sized tubes/bars etc
• Use of rachet straps and sheets essential
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Nights out will be required

The ideal HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Driver will have the following:

• Held your HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C licence for at least 12 months and have a minimum 6 months experience within this period
• Hold no major driving convictions on your licence
• Have a valid driver CPC and digital tachograph card

For the successful HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Driver, you can expect the following:
