Job description

Manpower are recruiting for an HGV2 HIAB Driver working in Edinburgh for our Builders Merchant client across 3 Branches as an area driver. This is for using Brick Grab & Remote HIAB Operation.

Hours: 45 Hours Guaranteed every week. - Work until at least end of June
Pay: £17.00 P/H + Overtime after 45 hours - Weekly Pay
Mileage: If you travel more than 15 miles a day, we will pay 0.45p per Mile for travel to and from client premises to your home
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday
Location: 3 Branches across Edinburgh

Duties:

1. Loading & Unloading in Yard
2. Kerbside Deliveries to customers
3. Daily Vehicle Checks
4. Filling in Delivery Paperwork
5. Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Candidate Requirements:

1. HGV Class 2 (Category C) Entitlement
2. Valid Digital Tachograph Card
3. Valid Driver Qualification (CPC) Card
4. Maximum 3 points on licence - DR, DD or IN conviction codes will not be accepted
5. Multi-drop experience is beneficial
6. HIAB Licence with Brick Grab & Remote - (At least 6 months experience using the HIAB essential)
