Job description

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver with ADR certification for a short-term contract, lasting a minimum of 3 months. The role involves the collection and delivery of skips, requiring confident driving skills and a strong understanding of load safety and waste handling regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating a Class 2 vehicle to deliver and collect skips

2. Ensuring loads are safely secured and compliant with regulations

3. Completing all necessary paperwork accurately

4. Following all ADR and site-specific safety procedures

5. Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

1. Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

2. Full and current ADR certificate (minimum for relevant waste materials)

3. CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

4. Experience with skip vehicles (preferred)

5. Good knowledge of local routes and road safety regulations
