Job Opportunity: Class 1 Driver with Walking Floor Experience

Driver Hire Newcastle & Sunderland is seeking a Class 1 driver with walking floor experience (C+E) for a client in Tyne & Wear. The role initially covers at least a month due to sickness cover, with potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.

Typical Duties:

1. Travel to domestic addresses to pick up waste and wood.
2. Return to the depot after deliveries.

Requirements:

• Category C+E/Class 1 driving license.
• Valid CPC Licence.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Licence.
• Experience with walking floor on Class 1 vehicles.

Pay Rates: Starting from £15.75 per hour (PAYE). Overtime after 8 hours is paid at an enhanced rate.
