Job summary

Pertemps Milton Keynes is seeking HGV Class 1 drivers for a temp-to-perm role in Milton Keynes. You will perform nationwide deliveries in a Class 1 vehicle, usually 1–2 drops daily, with regular weeknight shifts and customer-facing responsibilities.

Newly qualified drivers are welcome; typical shifts run 04:00–09:00, with 8–10 hour lengths and regular night-out work. Weekly pay and long-term stability with a growing national business.

Qualifications

• Hold a Class 1 (C+E) licence and valid CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph card and good communication skills.
• Professional, reliable attitude and willingness to work nights out.

Responsibilities

• Nationwide deliveries in a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle.
• Typically 1–2 drops per day.
• Regular nights out during the week.
• Assisting with unloading and customer deliveries.
• Vehicle checks and paperwork completion.
• Providing excellent customer service.

The Role
