The Staffing Network Ltd is seeking reliable Class 1 HGV drivers for ongoing temp work with potential for permanent roles. Shifts start at 6:00 for day, 18:00 for night, with 6 days per week on various schedules. Benefits include a new starter bonus after 20 shifts and referral bonuses after 20 shifts.

Role involves local/regional deliveries, vehicle checks, paperwork, and exceptional customer service while adhering to regulations. UK-wide road knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence required.
• CPC qualification required.
• Digital tachograph card required.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of UK roads expected.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 1 HGV safely and responsibly.
• Complete local and/or regional deliveries.
• Carry out vehicle checks and report defects.
• Complete delivery paperwork and required documentation.
• Provide a professional service to customers.
• Follow all relevant road, transport and company regulations.

Class 1 HGV Driver

Pay: £15.00-£19.00 per hour

Job Type: Temp ongoing, opportunity to go perm for the right candidate

Start Times: 6:00 onwards start for day shit, 18:00 onwards start for night shifts

Working 6 days a week, Mon-Sat or Mon-Fri&Sun
