Working hours are 07:00 to 17:00, with a salary of £50,000 - £60,000. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently, with experience in yard or construction environments.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Licence (essential).
• Previous experience in a similar yard or construction environment.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and plant (preferred).
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the yard to a high standard
• Organising and preparing materials, plant, and equipment for site use
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Carrying out site deliveries across London and surrounding areas
• Ensuring all vehicles and equipment are kept clean and in good working order
• Supporting the wider team with general yard duties as required
