Work Schedule: Night shift, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday - Friday

Your Key Responsibilities as HGV Workshop Supervisor

• Lead and manage a team of HGV Technicians, ensuring smooth workshop operations
• Plan and allocate workload, including maintenance and repairs of HGVs
• Monitor workshop performance and maintain high safety standards
• Oversee diagnostics, fault rectification, and MOT preparation
• Ensure vehicles meet VOSA standards and all compliance requirements
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment
• Provide training, guidance, and support to workshop staff
