My motor dealer garage in the Hailsham, East Sussex area is looking to recruit a Commercial / LCV / HGV Vehicle Technician.

Location: Hailsham, East Sussex

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Join a friendly team and work with an exciting product. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Investigating and diagnosing faults, reporting findings to the Workshop Controller/Foreman.
2. Liaising with Service Advisors regarding work carried out and communicating with customers as required.
3. Carrying out servicing and repairs to a high standard, effectively managing your time, and adhering to Customer Handling Standards.
4. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
5. Providing high levels of customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.
6. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly work administration.

Requirements for a LCV / HGV / Commercial Technician:

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician
• Experience in Vehicle Diagnostics
• Appropriate driving licence for the class of vehicle
