• An enthusiastic, positive, confident, and committed driver who learns quickly and works well under pressure in a busy team environment.
• Must have a Class 2 HGV Licence with no more than 6 points.
• Must have an in-date Driver Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (CPC).
• Strong communication skills, willingness to take instruction, cooperative, flexible, and confident enough to ask for help when needed.
• Good knowledge of southeast road networks, willing to work in and out of London as required.

Job Description:

• Operate an HGV Tipping vehicle safely and professionally, delivering products to customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Safe vehicle loading, unloading, and tipping of aggregate and waste products.
• Conduct daily walk-around vehicle checks and record defects accurately.
• Use driver defect app, Sat Nav, and electronic POD.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deliver in a timely and safe manner, acting as an ambassador for SRC Group.
• Drive safely, minimize damage, and report incidents or accidents.
• Follow laws, highway code, environmental requirements, and company policies.
• Operate a digital tachograph and understand tachograph and working time legislation.
• Keep the vehicle clean inside and out, removing contaminants as needed.
• Perform other duties as required by the company.
