Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programmes for HGV systems.
• Explain complex topics clearly using real workshop experience.
• Deliver both classroom and practical training sessions.
• Support technicians across dealer network.
• Assess delegates' knowledge and performance.
• Contribute to improving existing training modules.
• Stay updated with new HGV technology and repair techniques.
• Travel to Nottingham and Europe as required.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and practical sessions.
