Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of the vehicle repair industry.
  • Practical experience in maintaining commercial vehicles.
  • Ability to work with Job Cards.
  • Hold a full driving licence valid for use in the UK.
  • Attend training on related products.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure fleet compliance records and workshop reports are completed correctly.
  • Conduct quality control inspections.
  • Repair mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions.
  • Ensure vehicles comply with statutory legislation.
  • Ensure Brand image is of high standard.
  • Trouble shooting breakdowns.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Contain costs.
  • Evaluate service and parts options.
  • Ensure facilities are secure.

SALARY:£43,500.00 per annum(pro-rota) - + £2500 retention bonus paid after completion of probationary period (pro-rata)

Purpose of the role:

To provide efficient and effective high-quality vehicle maintenance and support to all employees of the workshop

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements and Qualifications for the Role:
