Job Description:

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £22 to £23.50 per hour

• Tuesday to Friday, 4 nights - 18:00 to 06:30 (48-hour week)
• Overtime available at time and a half
• Hourly rate of £22 + £1.50 per hour worked
• Up to 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays & increasing with length of service)

What you will do

• Manage and motivate staff in a HGV Truck maintenance and repair company, including tail lift maintenance specialists
• Lead and supervise team members covering MOT preparations, engine servicing, and trailer repairs
• Perform moving deck repairs and diagnostics using up-to-date vehicle and trailer diagnostics equipment
• Service customer vehicles and complete service sheets
• Process all relevant paperwork accurately
• Report all vehicle defects
• Maintain workshop facilities, equipment, and tools in a clean, tidy, and well-maintained condition
• Support the development of trainees and apprentices
