Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience as an HGV Technician/Mechanic within HGV, Commercial Vehicle, LGV, PSV, Heavy Plant, Car, or related sectors
• Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or a time-served HGV Technician
• Ability to participate in breakdowns
• Skills to follow company processes for paperwork, including job cards and service records
• Basic computer literacy is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence

Role responsibilities include:

• Servicing and maintaining trucks and vehicles
• Fault diagnostics
• MOT preparation
• Mechanical and electrical repairs
• Carrying out repairs according to manufacturer’s procedures safely
• Road testing vehicles when required, subject to licence restrictions
• Attending technical or development training as available

Working hours:

Week 1: Mon - Thurs 8pm to 7am. Week 2: Tues – Fri 8pm to 7am.
