A leading heavy vehicle manufacturer in Shepton Mallet is seeking an experienced HGV Mechanic to join their team. You will work Monday to Friday, performing repair and maintenance tasks on RCVs with an attractive salary and benefits package, including capital overtime and generous holiday. Ideal for technicians with a NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HGV servicing.

Qualifications

• HGV Technician/Mechanic with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent required.
• Proven background servicing Heavy Goods Vehicles.
• Experience in repair, maintenance and servicing of RCVs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fault diagnosis on chassis mounted equipment.
• Ensure all work and repairs are performed to the highest standards.
• Prepare HGVs for MOTs and other general mechanic duties.

Are you a HGV Mechanic / Technician looking for a new role where you will work for the UK's leading Manufacturer of Heavy Goods Vehicles in a days based role with guaranteed overtime paid at time 1/2?

Based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, my client is looking for multiple HGV Technicians / Mechanics where you will joining a well organised, highly experienced Workshop where you will be carrying out fault diagnosis on chassis mounted equipment, ensuring all work and repairs are carried out to the highest standard, preparation of HGV's for MOT's & other general mechanic duties.
