Location:

Pinxton

Salary:

£43,000 - £20.67 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (1-hour break), 40 hours per week

About Your New HGV Technician Role

You will perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications on a fleet of vehicles and trailers, providing technical support from fault analysis to completion. You will ensure all work meets high standards and complies with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will undertake pre-MOT checks and any necessary repairs.

General HGV Technician Duties

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications on HGVs and trailers
• Conduct pre-MOT inspections and repairs as needed
• Provide technical support and fault analysis
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of HGVs and trailers
• HGV Class 1 licence
• Industry-recognized qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three) in heavy vehicle service, maintenance, and repair
• Previous experience as an HGV Technician
