Hours: 6am-3pm, in in every 3 weeks 10am-7pm
Benefits: Paid breaks, retention bonus paid at 6 months & 1 year, overtime available and paid at an enhanced rate

HGV Technician role

Opportunity to join a leading logistics provider as an HGV Technician, responsible for carrying out the full range of inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair procedures on HGVs and tankers during a day shift.

HGV Technician duties

• Inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of HGVs and tankers
• Undertake all work to a minimum of MOT standard
• Apply preventative maintenance routines
• Accurately use and interpret outputs from vehicle diagnostic equipment in line with manufacturer guidelines

HGV Technician experience / qualifications required

• Be a fully qualified HGV Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ, capable of undertaking all aspects of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair
• Class 1 or 2 certification would be beneficial but not essential
