HGV Technician (College Leaver/Trainee), Loughborough

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified college leaver to join an expanding commercial vehicle business that invests heavily in staff development through training and progression incentives.

Your role will involve routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles and trailers to DVSA and company standards. The company will support your professional growth by funding external courses such as FLT, LOLER, and HGV licensing.

Work involves an alternating shift pattern: early shifts (Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings from 6 am to 11 am) and late shifts (Monday to Friday).

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintenance and repairs of commercial vehicles and trailers
  2. Conducting MOTs
  3. Working alternate shifts (earlies/lates)
  4. Participating in training and development programs
