Qualifications

• Expérience de travail sur HGV obligatoire.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer des réparations et entretiens sur les véhicules selon les procédures Volvo.
• Aider au diagnostic des pannes et tester les véhicules si HGV licencié.
• S'assurer que l'atelier et les outils sont maintenus propres.

Job description

Shift Pattern on rotational basis (Dayshift/Backshift)

Do you hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and have previous experience working on HGVs or completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry?

The Role – some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out repairs to a high standard according to Volvo procedures, safely and responsibly
• Assisting in fault diagnosis
• Servicing customer vehicles and completing service sheets
• Road testing vehicles when required (if you hold an HGV license)
• Assisting with roadside breakdowns
• Processing all relevant paperwork accurately
• Reporting vehicle defects
• Keeping workshop facilities, equipment, and tools clean and maintained
• Supporting the development of trainees and apprentices
