Job summary

You will service and repair a variety of commercial vehicles in a professional workshop, with opportunities for personal development. A Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ/City & Guilds).
• Experience in the diagnosis, servicing and repair of commercial vehicles.
• Full UK driving licence; HGV licence preferred but not essential.
• Organised, methodical approach; strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance, diagnostics, and repair on commercial vehicles and trailers.
• Complete warranty, contract, and retail paperwork and procedures.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to a high standard.
• Diagnose faults and implement permanent repairs.
