  • Experience as HGV Fitter, Mechanic, or REME engineer is essential.
  • Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle maintenance and repair required.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults on a range of vehicles.

HGV Technician
Salary: 46-48K, days, no shifts, Monday to Friday, weekly pay, modern clean working environment

Technician Location: Huddersfield

Due to upscaling business, the company is looking to bring in a Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician. The successful HGV Technician will be working with a forward-thinking company that invests in their workforce as well as offering future opportunities for progression.

To be successful in this role you may have worked as either:

  • HGV Fitter or HGV Mechanic
  • Heavy Goods Vehicle mechanic
  • Truck fitter or Lorry mechanic
  • REME engineer
  • Hold a level 3 in Heavy Vehicle maintenance and repair

Duties of the HGV Technician role:

  • MOT Preparation
  • Inspecting, servicing, and commissioning a range of vehicles
  • Fault finding, diagnosing, and rectifying mechanical faults
