Company: Biffa Waste - Truro Depot
Pay Rate: £
Shift Pattern: 0600 – 1530 / 1030 – 2000 rotating weekly
Additional Info: Overtime & Call Out Available
Working Days: Monday to Friday (45hrs per week)

- Maintain and repair vehicles and waste management handling equipment in compliance with health and safety legislation and DVSA requirements.
- Perform scheduled preventative service and maintenance inspections to meet operator’s licence commitments.
- Work with a diverse fleet ranging from light commercial vans to 44t articulated assets, providing opportunities to develop your technical skills.
Previous roles may include PSV Mechanic, Heavy Goods Technician, Lorry Mechanic, LGV Technician, HGV Technician, or HGV Mechanic. Skilled or semi-skilled technicians interested in upskilling and career development are encouraged to apply.
- Full Level 3 HGV / PSV apprentice qualification, City and Guilds, or NVQ Qualification.
- Minimum of a car/van driving licence.
