Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (dependent on experience) plus fantastic bonus and overtime opportunities.

Shift Pattern (rotational):

• Day Shift: 07:00-15:15 Mon-Thu, 07:00-15:30 Friday
• Back Shift: 15:00-23:30 Mon-Thu, 15:00-22:30 Friday

We are looking for candidates who hold Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and have experience working on HGVs or have completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to a high standard following Volvo procedures, ensuring safety and responsibility.
• Assist in fault diagnosis.
• Service customer vehicles and complete service sheets.
• Road test vehicles when qualified (HGV license required).
• Assist with roadside breakdowns.
• Accurately process all relevant paperwork.
• Report all vehicle defects.
• Maintain workshop facilities, equipment, and tools.
• Support the development of trainees and apprentices.
